Parking Offenders in JSQ

What’s nice about walking in Journal Square is that you’ll see some eye-catching parking violators such as shown in the following pictures…

This one easily grabbed my attention as I walked on Tuers Avenue. A cardboard that angrily reads: “Do NOT park here again!!” is a head-turner. So I snapped a few pics. I’d love to hear the story behind this.

Meanwhile, on Academy Street, this old car was not only parked alone on one side (which is supposed to be unoccupied by cars), but it considerately took 75% of the sidewalk to give way to the passing cars. Way to go.
