Quiet day in Journal Square. Anyway, I saw the signs on Summit Avenue – starting from the Courthouse near Academy Street all the way up to Pavonia Avenue (see the map’s highlighted portion). Jersey City Parking Authority stated no reason on the sign, it just says NO PARKING from Feb 26 – March 6, 2009 between 9AM to 4PM.
So avoid the ticket, move your car. Better yet, do not park there.
