JCFridays is a quarterly city-wide event here in Jersey City, held on the first Friday at the start of every season. It is an exhibition of culture and arts in JC filled with fun and educational programs that are open for public. And this coming Friday – March 06, 2009 – is the first of four JCFridays this year.
Many artists, organizations, institutions, and establishments from various districts of Jersey City participate in this event, and last season, there was only one participant from Journal Square: 32 Jones Gallery
However, there’s no representative from JSQ for this Spring edition of JCFridays. I noticed that most of the participants are from Downtown, JC. Do local artists prefer to hold an exhibit in that area?
