Here’s another murder in Jersey City: A man (Manuel Reyes, Sr) was stabbed to death in front of his apartment, news said. This happened Wednesday (May 6, 2009) and he was pronounced dead at 9:40PM at his place at Pavonia Avenue and Van Wagenen Avenue.
If my count is correct, Jersey City has already reached the double-digit mark for murder this year. And in Journal Square, I think this is the 3rd or 4th stabbing and this is the only incident resulted to death if my memory serves me right.
