A Journal Square resident (Charles Shelton, 27, of Van Wagenen Avenue) was busted the other day along with his friend (Erik Whalen, 23, of Hudson Street in Hoboken) for writing/spraying on the wall of some stores on Sip Avenue and Van Wagenen Avenue, Jersey City.
Through the help of surveillance cameras (probably the ones from TWIN CITY, see map above), the two were seen doing their acts at Wednesday dawn. The police caught them hiding in a nearby alley with evidences still in their hands.
They probably are facebook users who love “writing on somebody else’s wall.” :mrgreen:
