If you happen to drive around Journal Square this afternoon, between 3PM to 4PM, you probably had noticed the heavy traffic along Kennedy Boulevard that stretched up to Bergen Avenue. The reason? There was a bomb scare at the State Office (DMV/MVC at 438 Summit Avenue corner Sip Avenue). According to the news on Jersey Journal, it was the second time it happened today, and the first one turned out to be nothing.
As of writing, I can still hear the chopper flying around, and some sirens from police mobiles.
