Jersey City Food: Kultural Kuisines on the Boulevard

kultural-kuisines-jersey-cityKultural Kuisines opened late November of 2009. So why exactly am I posting this restaurant? Well, it is because this place has been the home of two previous failed restaurants (can you guess without clicking the link?) in a span of 1 year. Makes me wonder: For how long will this business stay open?

they spare the food on the $5 cheap-o ‘happy meals’ and messed up my order twice. burned the naan bread twice and still gave it to me. i spoke to the manager over the phone and his reply to my dissatisfaction and telling him I would never return was simply ‘as you wish’ he did not even offer to correct anything. horrible service deserves a 0/10 rating. never going there again.

Just had lunch Kultural Kuisines with my hubby.  Love love love their food.  The Kathi Chicken Tikka roll was awesome.  I shared one with my husband.  We also ordered the Chicken Tikka appetizer, ask for extra green sauce (parsley with coriander seeds) and skip the ketchup!  The combination of the tangy, a bit sour taste of the sauce mixed with the right spice of the tikka makes it totally delectable!  Always say mild or medium hot! Also ordered the Bhindi Masala, made of sliced okra and lots onions (order it mild too).  The Chicken Makhani was a delight with it’s sweet spicy yougurt taste, evens out all the other spicy flavor!  In the end we spent $25 bux not bad cos t’was all worth it!!
