Election Day: No Long Lines in JSQ

In some places of Jersey City, there were long lines of voters for today’s presidential election. I’ve read stories like some people finished voting in 3 hours(!). However, here in Journal Square, it is the exact opposite. I didn’t see any long lines or any confusions when I walked (and drove) around.

Is it because of the low turnout of voters? Or Journal Square is just more organized than any other disctrict of JC?
