It’s incredible how inefficient this post office can be.  Just when you think they can’t get any worst with their attitudes and their incompetence, they always seem to surprise you.  The government should just close this office.

Not sure who picks up the phone, but I had an enquiry to make so as to pick up my certified mail.

The person was so rude and offensive. May be she had a bad day and too much work on her hands.

I am sure she would have hung up the phone if I had asked one more question.

Just about the meanest people in the world work at this post office. Especially the manager. She will bite your head off if you ask a question and is nasty to just about everyone there.

Journal square post office – do not go to this place literally everyone there are rude ignorant people that dont want to do their job right . If ALL the boxes say “priority” because there are no other boxes that does not mean “send next day air” it means “standard flat box” if u want standard then tell them that or otherwise they try to scam u more money well its not my problem so they should learn how to not talk to ppl condescending like we are some ignorant animals when actually they are. Tip: fire the whole staff and hire new nicer people that are willing to do their job way too many homeless jobless bums in that area would love to have a easy job like they do.

Very knowledgeable workers, lately I’ve notice they try to sell you faster service.  You can’t blame them if the USPS is trying to make money! The problem with this location people get on line and think they can haggle or whine instead of bringing proper ID to pick up mail. So first the agent tells them no, then the people waste 5-10 mins explaining and complaining. Then the agent says sorry NO CAN DO!  While we stand online rolling eyes!

The most inefficient post office i have ever experienced.  They are very unprofessional especially with delivery. They take so long to deliver and when they deliver packages that wont fit in the mailbox, they just leave it out in the hallway instead of infront of the owner’s apartment. Very careless people

This post office really sucks!!! Workers are so rude and they are really inefficient. Also unprofessional. They don’t care where they put the packages they always leave it anywhere even though they know that it is not a safe area. They don’t care because it doesn’t belong to them and if you call the office they are so rude. They don’t know how to provide a good customer service.

I refuse to go inside this post office anymore.  It is the most unprofessional environment that I’ve ever witnessed.  The mail delivery is terrible as well!  This past Saturday, the substitute mail carrier delivered mail to my building and obviously was lazy and didn’t want to place the mail in the boxes.  I counted at least 25 pieces of mail including IRS notices that were strewn across a ledge below the mailboxes.
The post office should just be privatized to get rid of the entitlement mentality and actually get some productive work done with at least provide helpful customer service.
