It’s incredible how inefficient this post office can be. Just when you think they can’t get any worst with their attitudes and their incompetence, they always seem to surprise you. The government should just close this office.
Not sure who picks up the phone, but I had an enquiry to make so as to pick up my certified mail.
The person was so rude and offensive. May be she had a bad day and too much work on her hands.
I am sure she would have hung up the phone if I had asked one more question.
Just about the meanest people in the world work at this post office. Especially the manager. She will bite your head off if you ask a question and is nasty to just about everyone there.
