		<description>Not sure who picks up the phone, but I had an enquiry to make so as to pick up my certified mail.

The person was so rude and offensive. May be she had a bad day and too much work on her hands.  

I am sure she would have hung up the phone if I had asked one more question.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s incredible how inefficient this post office can be.  Just when you think they can&#039;t get any worst with their attitudes and their incompetence, they always seem to surprise you.  The government should just close this office.</description>
