M & B Video closed February last year, but the site remains unoccupied. A “FOR LEASE” sign has been posted for several months now, and the shutters remain down.
What local business do you think will replace M&B Video? Located at the corner of Vroom Street and Bergen Avenue, bordering Journal Square and McGinley Square, do you think this is a strategic location for entreprenuers?

Hi iggit, I think a general merchandise store is possible. I’m also thinking of another deli since the place is a little small in comparison to Costmart.
