At a little over 5PM today, the rain started pouring as I was driving West of Sip Avenue for gas refueling. 10-15 minutes later on the way back, this was the scene at the intersection of West Side Avenue and Sip Avenue, right by Rite Aid Pharmacy in Marion Neighborhood.

Brown Water in Journal Square and Jersey City
Is your tap water brown and dirty? Several Jersey City residents from downtown complained about water discoloration yesterday, and apparently it is still an issue today.
Our water here on Tuers Avenue was brown today, and it returned to normal at around 4:30 PM this afternoon (an hour ago as of writing).
