Is your tap water brown and dirty? Several Jersey City residents from downtown complained about water discoloration yesterday, and apparently it is still an issue today. Our water here on Tuers Avenue was brown today, and it returned to normal at around 4:30 PM this afternoon (an hour ago as of writing).
