Kennedy Boulevard (corner Cottage Street) couple of blocks north of Journal Square PATH Station is undergoing construction, finally. More photos … #gallery-1 { New handicap curb ramps can be seen on Sip Avenue (corners of Garrison, Romaine, and Van Wagenen Avenues). Is this part of the repaving funds that Jersey City received last March? This building at 65 Sip Avenue has been abandoned for ages, in my estimate, at the same time as the demolished hotel on the square.
