On April 28, Baskin Robbins Journal Square Branch will reduce their ice cream scoops to 31 cents. This is one way of showing their support for America’s Firefighters. Kultural Kuisines opened late November of 2009. So why exactly am I posting this restaurant? Well, it is because this place has been the home of two previous failed restaurants (can you guess without clicking the link?) in a span of 1 year.
