A small portion (Five Corners to Central Avenue) of Newark Avenue, Jersey City was blocked off to traffic this afternoon. But when [...] Electronic traffic advisory has been installed at the corner of Sip Avenue and Bergen informing drivers and motorists that Bergen Avenue will be closed today, October 17, 2009 from 10AM – 2PM. No Parking rule on both sides of Bergen from Sip to Montgomery Street is to be enforced.
