Suspicious Package at Stanley Theater

Several streets in Journal Square area of Jersey City were closed this morning due to police activity responding to a bomb scare/threat at Stanley Theater (Pavonia Avenue and JFK Boulevard).

Memorial Service for Marc DiNardo

People already lined up outside before 1PM

Expect heavy traffic and more people in Journal Square today starting 1PM as there will be a memorial service and public viewing for Detective Marc DiNardo. He was shot in a shootout last week, and was taken off life support a couple of days ago.
