Martin Luther King, Jr. School Sidewalk

This is not really news-worthy but I’m posting anyway … a portion of the sidewalk at the back of Martin Luther King, Jr. School (PS11) has been reopened today. It was shutdown last week due to some repairs.
This is on Tuers Avenue, between Newkirk Street and Academy Street in Journal Square, Jersey City.

JSQ Resident Caught “Writing on the Wall”

Rat Balloon at PATH Plaza

What’s with this rat balloon installation? It’s been there at PATH Plaza for weeks but I only got the chance to picture it this rainy afternoon as I strolled around Journal Square.

Do you know what is this for? Is it because 2008 is the year of the rat? :P

Broken Sign

Broken Sign in front of C-Town Supermarket on Bergen Avenue tonight, around 630ish-7ish in the evening. Must be because of the strong winds? Weather forecast says that there will be storm that will last through the weekend.
