DMV-MVC Journal Square (JSQ) Branch (Summit & Sip Avenues)

DMV Office

This office is one of the busiest in Jersey City. DMV-MVC is in the State Office Building on Summit Avenue corner Sip Avenue, just a couple of blocks away from Journal Square PATH Station. Parking lots are available within the area, but street parking is not allowed in front of the building.

JSQ Redevelopment Plan Unveiled Today

Today, Jersey City Mayor Jerramiah T. Healy spoke at the Hudson County Community College Culinary Institute about the redevelopment plan making Journal Square a premier Shopping Center it was once.

Renovation at 2877 Kennedy Boulevard

Near Pavonia Avenue

[UPDATE: Oct. 15, 2008]

After a quick research, I learned that the renovation was due to the “chunk of decorative facade” that fell from the building which is the “home to a string of stores at Journal Square in Jersey City Saturday afternoon…”
