Gum Removal on Bergen Avenue

This morning when I was driving around, I saw some people cleaning up the curb in front of 35 Journal Square building on Bergen Avenue, Jersey City. So I took a few snaps…. Apparently, they were contractors that remove gums on pavement/curb/sidewalk.
