It looked like the snow fall peaked at around 3PM today. This 15-second video was taken while I was walking on Academy Street east towards Summit Avenue. The snow fall was heavy, which I thought would accumulate. I didn’t mind it. But the wind is terrible, and I couldn’t take it. Here’s weather update and commuting news for the end of the year … Verizon Truck As you are probably aware of, Journal Square is FIOS-ready. I saw a couple of trucks yesterday on Academy Street and the technician said they’re installing Verizon FIOS when I asked. I was actually approached by a Verizon representative two weeks ago and was asked if I’d like to upgrade my service. Since I [...] T-Mobile Grand Opening T-Mobile Journal Square Branch on John F. Kennedy Boulevard finally opens. It officially opened its door last Saturday, December 27, 2008 according to one of the staff in the Customer Support inside. T-mobile Store/Business Hours: Free Chair Saw this “free chair” a while ago while walking around Journal Square. You’ll see this on Academy Street on the right side when you walk East towards Summit Avenue. Let’s see if it will be gone tonight. :mrgreen: |
