Did you sirens at around 8PM this evening? It was reported that there was a fire on Hudson County Community College next to the PATH Transportation Center. News said that it was due to aircon that overheated.
No one was injured but the building had to be evacuated due to smoke.

At around 440PM, I got stuck in traffic south bound of JFK Boulevard. The traffic stretched from Heights area of Jersey City to south of the boulevard, and I wondered if there’s something going on on the square.

I’m not complaining about the trash cans around the Journal Square PATH Plaza. In fact, it’s good that Jersey City has installed bins 50 feet apart from each other.
