Graffiti says “NTEL 2006“, on the side and front of the building. It’s high and doesn’t look like any of Jersey City tags. I  wonder how the taggers climbed up there and spray-painted the building. Do people notice this graffiti?

New handicap curb ramps can be seen on Sip Avenue (corners of Garrison, Romaine, and Van Wagenen Avenues). Is this part of the repaving funds that Jersey City received last March?

Jersey City Food: Kabab House in Journal Square

Kabab House is the new restaurant that replaced Salt & Pepper Grill just a few weeks back. The owner said Kabab House”s menu is still the same as S & P’s, but will change it in due time.
