Bright lights Have you tried driving or walking around Journal Square at night? If yes, you probably have seen houses adorned with bright Christmas lights and ornaments, such as these two on Stuyvesant Avenue near the corner of Romaine Avenue. I have seen several other buildings/houses with nice, head-turning Christmas decors; unfortunately, most of them are [...] Santa will be at the Loews Theatre Journal Square residents have a chance to visit Santa today (Saturday, Dec. 13, 2008) from 12:30 noon to 3:30 PM in the beautifully decorated Grand Lobby of Loew’s Jersey Theatre. This event is a food and toy drive (sponsored by Friends of the Loew’s, Inc., the Jersey Journal [...] Yesterday afternoon – in the rain, some contractors installed wreaths around Journal Square. I’m almost positive that these decors can only be seen on major JSQ roads (ie. the Boulevard and Bergen). Looks like the SID is already preparing for Christmas.
