MVC Schedule for Christmas DMV-MVC Journal Square Branch has their Christmas schedule posted on the front door. They are open today, but will be closed tomorrow, December 25, 2008 in observance of Christmas holiday. They will re-open on December 26, 2008. In line with water main shutting off tomorrow, Motor Vehicle Agency (DMV/MVC) at 438 Summit Avenue (corner Sip Avenue, couple of blocks away from PATH) will be closed tomorrow due to health code regulations.
