So if you have Filipino friends, please spread the words … The Hotdog Band I saw a small fair for kids at the Hudson Community College Parking Lot on Academy Street, Journal Square today when I passed by. The organizers were starting to pack up when I got there (around 4pm) so I asked the guard if there’s going to be another one; he said the event was only for [...] [UPDATE 9PM] The ceremony at the JSQ Fountain didn’t start until around 530PM.
