In fact, it’s good that Jersey City has installed bins 50 feet apart from each other. In other areas? Find out by reading the rest… Bergen Avenue and Newkirk Street This was the scene in Journal Square this morning. It was snowing (with rain), but it wasn’t sticking to the ground.
