What’s with this rat balloon installation? It’s been there at PATH Plaza for weeks but I only got the chance to picture it this rainy afternoon as I strolled around Journal Square. Do you know what is this for? Is it because 2008 is the year of the rat? :P [UPDATE 3:00PM] Jersey City residents take note: PATH train is now skipping Hoboken station. Passengers going to and going out of Hoboken via PATH will have to take extra steps in order to arrive at destinations: Due to car equipment problems train service on the JSQ-33rd is by passing the Hoboken Station.
