Click to view larger size South of Journal Square, Vroom Street from Van Reypen (West) to Summit Avenue (East) has been ripped up and manholes are raised — road paving will follow soon. “No Parking” signs have been posted, but I see cars parked on right side of the street. I hope Jersey City starts repaving Sip [...] Sip Avenue taken last year (May ’08) Jersey City receives funds to repave Newark Avenue and Sip Avenue. Cottage Street Did you notice the paving of two streets here in Journal Square? The one is on Cottage Street (see pic above), and the other is on Newark Avenue.
