Journal Square Crime: Cars vandalized in Hilltop Neighborhood

The tires on thirteen parked cars on Pavonia Avenue in Hilltop Neighborhood of Journal Square had been punctured, according to news report. Police believed that the incident started in the wee hours today. One of the cars also had damaged side mirrors. The estimated cost in damages was unreported.
