Site of the Twin Tower Now that the dilapidated structures are finally gone, the square looks brighter than ever. The site is clearly flat, but still fenced off. Well, the dilapidated buildings there had been completely leveled down. Just in time for the Launching of the Renaissance [...] Taken yesterday, Feb. 8, 2009 The scaffolding at 2877 Kennedy Boulevard Building has been removed last Friday, but the canopy protection in front of local businesses (Cohen’s, Sneaker Square, Western Union, Jewelry Shop, Boulevard Drinks, etc) stays.
