New handicap curb ramps can be seen on Sip Avenue (corners of Garrison, Romaine, and Van Wagenen Avenues). Is this part of the repaving funds that Jersey City received last March?
Journal Square Road Repair: Vroom Street
South of Journal Square, Vroom Street from Van Reypen (West) to Summit Avenue (East) has been ripped up and manholes are raised — road paving will follow soon.
“No Parking” signs have been posted, but I see cars parked on right side of the street.
I hope Jersey City starts repaving Sip Avenue soon.

At around 440PM, I got stuck in traffic south bound of JFK Boulevard. The traffic stretched from Heights area of Jersey City to south of the boulevard, and I wondered if there’s something going on on the square.
