Huge pile up on John F. Kennedy Boulevard during afternoon rush hour At around 440PM, I got stuck in traffic south bound of JFK Boulevard. The traffic stretched from Heights area of Jersey City to south of the boulevard, and I wondered if there’s something going on on the square. Newark Avenue road repairs You probably have noticed this street repairs on Newark Avenue today. It was reported the other day, and this construction required shutting off water. Thus, Five Corners Library was forced to close for a day. The traffic was slow-moving. West-bound of Newark Avenue used the other half of the east-bound lane, as [...] This morning, I noticed the orange cones blocking Sip Avenue (West) corner Bergen Avenue. Policemen were patrolling the area, and the traffic light kept blinking yellow. I took a pic of the scene, but it didn’t turn out good because of the weather. Anyway, that was around 8AM and the traffic wasn’t really affected by [...] Remember when the Jersey Journal published a “road work” at John F. Kennedy Boulevard and Rt. 1 & 9 ramp? Here’s a snap of what’s going on (taken yesterday morning before 9am).
