Horrible weather today in Jersey City, and I believe the rain will continue to pour until next week with one day break tomorrow. Taste of Seattle? This morning, a “Flash Flood” watch was in effect in Hudson County. I wonder which part of Journal Square got flooded again. This picture of Journal Square, Jersey City summarizes the weather this week. Taken last Friday at around 8AM,while the car was at stop on Bergen Avenue (corner Newkirk Street), I took a quick snap of the PATH Plaza building — its top clearly in fog. Were you able to sleep well last night? Or the thunders kept you up? Weather looks nasty today, it feels like night time even at past 8AM. Continue to see more pics ….
The pictures above show people hanging out yesterday on Bergen Plaza and on the benches in front of PS11 (Martin Luther King, Jr School). Fine weekend I must say, lots of sunshine with temperature in the 70′s with some breeze. Picture perfect. Do you think more people will be here at [...] Academy Street (around 8AM), looking East of Journal Square Isn’t it ironic that we experience snow first day of Spring? Fortunately, the snow will stop this morning according to JC forecast, but it will be chilly the rest of the day. |
