 The sign has been relocated a few feet away from its original spot. The sign/direction map on Bergen Square has been moved away from Hudson County Community College’s Cundari Center on Bergen Avenue. The “wayfinding” sign is now erected by the benches of the square, closer to the corner of Academy Street.  Taj Mahal - Newark Avenue Entrance (taken May 9, 2010) Taj Mahal Restaurant on Newark Avenue (just off of Five Corners) finally opens in Journal Square after more than 2 years of construction. What took them so long, I don’t know. The Indian Cuisine has two entrances: one on Newark Avenue (main) and another on Summit Avenue. The adjacent business – Ashley Stewart Clothing Store for Womens – was affected. Both of them still remain shut down more than a month after the incident.
